ENCLAVE ON THE EAST: MODERN COASTAL
Transforming an apartment community clubhouse into a welcoming coastal modern retreat.
One of the strategies we used for this client was selecting a coastal color palate to include blue hues as a feature wall to feel like you are at the ocean. We wanted to make a thought-provoking statement by curating a 3d design that went from floor to ceiling with millwork on the side wall. We also incorporated ocean themed art throughout the space.
OBJECTIVE
The design concept for this apartment community clubhouse embraces a coastal modern aesthetic—a blend of relaxed sophistication and approachable comfort. Drawing inspiration from seaside tones and textures, the space is layered with soft neutrals, natural materials, and hints of oceanic blues to evoke a light, airy feel.
Approach:
Furniture and Decor Procurement: We sourced clean-lined furnishings and thoughtful layouts support both functionality and community interaction, while subtle coastal touches—like driftwood finishes, woven accents, and breezy textiles—bring warmth and character.
Lighting Design: To create both a stylish and welcoming clubhouse that offers residents a modern sanctuary that feels like an everyday escape we used recessed lighting and kept the floor to ceiling windows to allow the natural light to radiate.
Installation and Styling: Our team managed the complete installation of the clubhouse design, ensuring every element—from furniture placement to lighting—was flawlessly executed. We added the finishing touches with curated artwork, greenery, and modern accessories to create a welcoming, stylish environment that reflects the brand and enhances the resident experience.
